Welcome to join SAINT’s workshop in the mornings of June 16-17. The workshop is open for everyone with an interest in funding of research and education within the field of radiation sciences. The aim of this workshop is to have a focused discussion on issues relevant to university funding. The time point of the workshop is also planned to be able to provide further input to the ongoing work performed by the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) on a strategy to keep the competence within the field, which is based this earlier report.
